The Festival of Colors is back in Ogden, turning Lorin Farr Park into a full-day color blast of music, movement, and community. Across six hours, expect non-stop interactive dance, live mantra bands, DJs, yoga classes, global vegetarian/vegan cuisine, and the classic hourly color throws that turn the entire crowd into a walking rainbow.

What’s Happening On Site
The Main Stage runs all afternoon with a stacked lineup: from Caru Das’ MC energy and senior rap, to Bollypop Utah’s high-energy Bollywood dance, mantra rock sets from Namrock, and Hip Hop Bhakti from Butter Thieves. It’s designed to keep you moving from the first color throw to the last track of the day.
Right next door, the Yoga Stage hosts rotating teachers offering classes throughout the day—perfect if you want to reset between color throws, ground your energy, or simply try yoga in a totally different, high-vibe setting.
Colors, Safety & Festival Guidelines
Only festival-supplied colors are allowed on site. Outside colors and outside food will be confiscated at the gate.
Onsite, you can buy five vivid, food-grade color powders (violet, green, yellow, pink, and orange) in 100 g bags for $3 each, or grab a pre-packed mix of four bags for $10. Colors are corn starch–based, scented, environmentally friendly, and designed to minimize staining if brushed off before washing. Dust masks and bandanas are also available for extra comfort.
Color throws happen every hour starting at noon, turning the park into a sky of pink, yellow, and orange clouds as the crowd counts down together.
This is a rain-or-shine, family-friendly event built around community, conscious living, music, and joy—just be respectful of the neighborhood and the park, and you’re good.
